When I try to play billiards on 8ballclub.com why is there such a big time delay between my shot and opponents?

Check out who exactly your playing, is there a player profile on opponents to see how many games they have completed?
Maybe it’s a connection issue or just someone not paying attn to their game?
Before playing someone I would research them quickly.
