Pool Table in my Condo Appartement?

I am single, love pool and love women…

and I am seriously thinking of buying a condo with 5 big rooms: kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom. It is really nice, all hardwood floors and ceramic, located penthouse level with beautiful view.

The living room is huge, 18×16 with hardwood floor, so a 8′ pool table would fit. But would this be a stupid idea? I am thinking I could put a plasma TV in my bedroom or use the second bedroom as a living room. Second bedroom is 13×11.

I don’t have that much stuff. I do have some weights though but I could keep them in my Master Bedroom, 13×15, I guess.

How about getting the table up there, on the 6th floor? Is it possible? My building has an elevator if that helps.
