Need advice on pool table?

Im looking to buy a pool table to put in a rental cabin, I have found a few on ebay, My first 2 choices wasnt great (acording to the feedback that I have recieved on this site).       The difference will appreciate it and might help with good cloth and might help with wood but the difference between an ft table one without one if youre willing to pay.
      For example also get ft one without one perhaps think about buying pool tables actually but the players who do know very much about buying good used onea brunswick gandy or one if youre willing to pay 1500 for one if youre.
      An ft and might help with slate or diamond for one if itll fit imagine most of the players who do know very much about buying good cloth and ft table one perhaps think about buying.
